This is one of my favorite cereals, available at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. It has an impressively simple ingredients list and is low calorie, low sugar, and high in fiber. The best part: it doesn't get soggy in milk! It's like a crunchy, delicious blank slate that you can add anything to: dried cranberries, sliced almonds, bananas, fresh blueberries, granola, etc.

Would you mind doing a thing on cheap healthy foods (that are not just raw fruits/veggies)? For example, Trader Joe's cereal is so expensive! At other places you can get a pound for $2. I would love to know how to be healthy for cheap!
Hey Ryan! Actually Trader Joe's cereal has the best price for their value. I think this cereal above is like $2.39, or was it $2.99. The super cheap cereals are probably cheaper for a reason, and I wouldn't recommend them. I recommend quality over quantity, and Trader Joe's is one of the best places for affordable high quality foods. I will be posting a blog soon about saving money on healthy foods, so keep an eye out for that!
